Her accomplishments include building out a client services department for Avenue A | Razorfish, developing new hire orientation and on-going trainings, and instituting quantitative/qualitative performance evaluation programs.

Rachel Carey DeBusk has worked for fifteen years in creative development of products and experiences that educate and entertain. She has developed entertaining content and delivery for business presentations, trainings and retreats for such companies as Microsoft, Bartell Drug and Starbucks.

Stokley Towles has collaborated with institutions over the past ten years to create performances that reflect their stories and cultures. These projects have paired him with government agencies, community groups, and university faculty. Currently he is a visiting professor at Colorado College and Antioch University in Seattle.
